This year, we didn't just mark a day—we started a movement. With the launch Of #MOLWin , our Women in MOL platform, we amplified the voices Of 165 women across the South Asia & Middle East region, creating space for recognition, learning, and leadership. From honoring long-serving women employees to hosting MOL's first-ever financial fitness workshop, and curating a candid video that captured real experiences—this was about more than celebration. It was about building confidence, connection, and community.
