Capt. Anand Jayaraman is a seasoned maritime leader with over 30 years of experience spanning vessel command, commercial shipping, and regional strategy. As Executive Officer for MOL’s South Asia and Middle East region, he leads business development across energy logistics, bulk shipping, and manning.

A Master Mariner by background, Capt. Anand has held leadership roles within MOL Group in both India and the Middle East, including Managing Director of MOL Middle East FZE and Director of MOL India. His contributions include major projects in LNG, chemical tankers, and crude oil transport, as well as advancing partnerships with Indian PSUs and private clients.

Known for his operational acumen and people-focused leadership, Capt. Anand continues to drive MOL’s regional vision while championing safety, seafarer growth, and sustainability.

Mr. Yutaka Ikeda serves as Managing Director of MOL (India) Private Limited, overseeing the company’s corporate and commercial operations across the Indian market. He is also responsible for managing key Japanese accounts and guiding MOL India’s alignment with global objectives.

With a career at MOL spanning over 30 years, Mr. Ikeda has deep expertise in container shipping, bulk, and car carriers, especially within the car carrier segment where he has led multiple international assignments. His global roles include leadership positions in the U.S., the Middle East, and India, as well as a diplomatic posting at the Embassy of Japan in Bahrain.

Mr. Ikeda brings a global mindset and extensive commercial acumen to MOL India, helping the organization strengthen partnerships and deliver long-term value in one of the company’s most dynamic markets.

Senior Associate Executive Officer, South Asia & Middle East Region Managing Director, MOL Middle East FZE

Mr. Kensuke Ito is the Senior Associate Executive Officer responsible for MOL’s South Asia and Middle East region, and Managing Director of MOL Middle East FZE, based in Dubai. In his current role, he leads the strategic management of MOL Group companies and corporate functions across the region, with a particular focus on advancing business operations in the Middle East.

With over 36 years of global experience, Mr. Ito has worked extensively in LNG /offshore projects, and corporate management. His career includes leadership roles in Japan and overseas, with over 17 years spent in Oman, Uruguay, Singapore India, and the UAE where he has led high-impact initiatives in collaboration with governments, energy majors, and international shipping partners. Prior to his current role, Mr. Ito held key positions across MOL’s global offices, including Director of LNG & Offshore Projects at MOL Asia Oceania (Singapore), General Manager for MOL Muscat (Oman) and Director of Lakler S.A. in Uruguay, where he was instrumental in developing various LNG Carrier /FSRU projects. His earlier career includes strategic roles in corporate planning, ship terminal and maritime R&D.

A graduate of Sophia University with a degree in law, Mr. Ito brings a unique blend of operational knowledge, cross-cultural leadership and strategic vision. He continues to play a pivotal role in strengthening MOL’s presence across emerging markets, building resilient partnerships and supporting the group’s long-term vision for sustainable growth.

Capt. Amit Singh is an accomplished business leader with over 30 years of experience spanning vessel operations, ship management and regional business development. As Head of Markets for South Asia and the Middle East, he is responsible for identifying growth opportunities aligned with MOL’s global strategy and building strong, value-driven customer relationships across the region. His focus is on delivering reliable, high-quality business solutions while driving sustainable, profitable growth.

Capt. Singh began his career at sea in 1995, serving on a wide range of vessels including crude oil, Floating Storage and Offtake (FSO), LNG, LPG and chemical tankers. He was promoted to Master Mariner in 2008 and commanded four vessels before moving ashore in 2010. His shore career includes significant leadership roles at the Shipping Corporation of India, Samundra Maritime Institute and within MOL Group companies.

Over the years, he has played a key role in several high-impact projects, from Petronet LNG and RIL’s VLEC initiative to the Swan LNG and GAIL LNG Time charter projects. He has also led business expansion by expanding MOL groups energy transportation business with major public and private sector energy clients and oversaw the establishment of MOL India’s and its business expansion as a significant energy shipping entity in the region . With deep expertise in ship operations, training, ship chartering and strategy, Capt. Singh continues to strengthen MOL’s presence across regional markets, fostering long-term partnerships and advancing innovation in maritime logistics and logistics infrastructure business.

Mr. Satish Singh is a distinguished maritime leader with over 32 years of experience in the global shipping industry, blending operational expertise with strategic foresight. As Managing Director of MOL Maritime India, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s crew management, safety, and vessel operations, with a strong focus on empowering Indian seafarers and elevating maritime standards.

A Marine Chief Engineer by background, Mr. Singh has consistently driven operational excellence, safety leadership, and competency development across MOL’s LNG, LPG, PCC, Bulk, and Container fleets. His commitment to sustainable innovation and people-centric leadership has helped build a specialized talent pool of seafarers, safety inspectors, and technical experts equipped to meet the evolving demands of the maritime world.

Mr. Singh’s approach is anchored in mentoring, visible leadership, and fostering a collaborative culture of continuous learning and technological adaptability. Under his guidance, MOL Maritime India continues to lead with prudence, precision, and purpose—aligning closely with MOL’s global mission of safety, sustainability, and social value.

Mr. Kaustubh Kulkarni serves as Managing Director of MOL Logistics India Pvt. Ltd., leading the company’s strategic transformation and growth across India. He is responsible for diversifying MOL Logistics’ service portfolio, expanding into warehousing and transportation, and building high-performance, future-ready teams.

With over two decades of experience in India’s logistics and supply chain sector, Mr. Kulkarni brings a unique blend of operational expertise and visionary leadership. His career includes pivotal roles at MOL Shipping, Parekh Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd., NBHC, Jeena & Co., and DHL, where he led large-scale logistics operations, 3PL/4PL execution, and sector-specific solutions.

At MOL Logistics, he is focused on evolving the business beyond traditional freight forwarding, leveraging technology, customer-centricity and process excellence to create integrated, high-impact supply chain solutions.

Mr. Kulkarni’s leadership is deeply rooted in quality and continuous improvement, with proven proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and compliance-driven operations. He is passionate about talent development and business scaling through organic and inorganic growth. His core expertise spans cold chain, pharmaceuticals, heavy engineering, retail, e-commerce, cosmetics, F&B, buyer consolidation, chemicals, and end-to-end supply chain strategy.

Debajit Nag is a seasoned technology leader with over 38 years of experience spanning IT strategy, global system development, and enterprise transformation. As President & CEO of MOL Information Technology India Pvt. Ltd., he leads a 400+ member team that supports over 75 global ICT projects across the MOL Group. His focus is on driving innovation, operational excellence, and future-ready digital capabilities from India for MOL’s worldwide operations. Mr. Nag began his career in 1987 at Price Waterhouse Coopers in Kolkata and held key roles in several IT firms before joining MOL Hong Kong in 1997. As Senior System Analyst, he contributed to the global ICT platform for MOL’s Liner Division. In 1998, he returned to Kolkata to establish and scale MOL’s IT development center, overseeing project delivery across 130+ countries and laying the foundation for MOL IT India.

Over the years, he has led several strategic initiatives including Project Phoenix, a next-generation system transformation and played a critical role during the MOL Liner merger into ONE. Under his leadership, MOL IT India transitioned into a core part of MOL’s global organization. Mr. Nag continues to champion innovation, talent development, and digital excellence, positioning MOL IT India as a strategic technology hub within the Group.
