A 100% subsidiary of MOL Manning Services S.A., with Recruitment and Placement Services License (valid through Oct 2026). MOL Maritime (MOLMI) plays a pivotal role in recruiting, training, and nurturing world-class seafarers across MOL's global fleet. From our headquarters in Mumbai, we manage crewing for over 80 vessels, including state of art car carriers, bulk carriers, and gas carriers. Our legacy is deeply rooted in safe operations, professional development, and building long-term maritime careers. Our operations evolved significantly with the merger of Navix Lines into MOL in 1999, and the integration of Navix Marine (India) in 2000. In 2001, we became Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Maritime (India) Pvt. Ltd., later renamed as MOL Maritime (India) Pvt. Ltd. (MOLMI) in 2019—reflecting our commitment to future-ready talent and operational excellence.
